Expand Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program

Provide energy rebates for middle class families

Stop price gouging at the pump and excessive oil markets speculation

Increase domestic oil production on 68 million acres where oil companies already have leases

Long-term Solutions:

Encourage innovation through renewable energy standards and tax breaks

Invest in homegrown advanced biofuels through tax breaks and research

Expand production of electric hybrids, plug-in cars, and natural gas vehicles energy efficiency of buildings

Increase mass transit options

Improve energy efficiency of vehicles and buildings
